Kelsey E. Hanson is a North American anthropological archaeologist with broad interests in ritual performance, craft specialization, and the emergence of social inequality. As a current PhD candidate in the School of Anthropology at the University of Arizona, she draws from training in anthropology, archaeology, and conservation science to address these issues in the U.S. Southwest to study the emergence of religious organizations in the Ancestral Pueblo World.
